TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MODULE 1: ENTREPRENEURIAL FITNESS ā€“Ā MENTORING PACKAGE

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of Module 1: Entrepreneurial Fitness ā€“ Mentoring Package ("Program"), offered by Ready Set Grow ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and accessing this Program, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or access the Program.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Module 1: Entrepreneurial Fitness ā€“ Mentoring Package is designed to equip you with foundational mindset skills, confidence, and success habits for entrepreneurship. The Program includes:

  • 12 video lessons (delivered biweekly, alternating with mentoring sessions)
  • 12 mentoring sessions 1-to-1 via live online call (delivered biweekly, alternating with video lessons)
  • Downloadable handouts and workbooks
  • Two-year access to course materials
  • Access to updates or revisions within the two-year period
  • Bonuses or add-ons (if applicable)

2. PAYMENT AND PRICING

2.1 Pricing: The total cost of the Program is as listed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change at our sole discretion.

2.2 Payment Plans: If offered, payment plans will require timely payments. Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to the Program. Access to course materials is granted progressively and may be revoked if payments are missed. If you select the monthly payment plan, you must pay the initial payment immediately upon enrollment, and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged on the same calendar day of the following months. You will gain access to the course immediately after the first successful installment.

2.3 Payment Processing: Payments are processed automatically via our payment provider. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method as agreed upon during checkout.

2.4 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, the system will attempt to retry. If payment is not completed within five (5) business days, access to the Program will be revoked until full payment is received. You agree to pay a $40 USD fee for any failed payments.

2.5 Taxes: All applicable taxes will be charged based on your location at checkout.

3. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at www.readysetgrowbiz.com/contact. No questions will be asked. Refunds will not be granted after this period, including partial refunds.

4. ACCESS AND USAGE RIGHTS

4.1 License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Program materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.2 Term of License: The license to access course materials is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. After this period, access will automatically terminate.

4.3 Restrictions: You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell Program content.
  • Record, reproduce, or modify Program materials.
  • Use Program content for any type of commercial, training, or educational purpose without express written permission.
  • Share login details with any third party.
  • Grant or allow access to Program content or materials to any third party. Any breach will result in immediate revocation of access without refund.

4.4 Termination of Access: We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program without refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program content, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, and downloadable materials, is owned by Ready Set Grow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND GUARANTEES

6.1 No Guarantees of Success: We do not guarantee any specific results from participation in the Program. Any testimonials or examples of success are not guarantees of future outcomes.

6.2 Professional Disclaimer: This Program provides general educational content. We do not offer legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. For professional guidance, consult a qualified expert.

6.3 Technology Disclaimer: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Program due to potential technical failures or maintenance.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ready Set Grow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Program.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in Program content.
  • Third-party software or services used in Program delivery.

You acknowledge that participation in the Program is at your own risk.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE

8.1 Confidentiality: You agree to keep all proprietary materials, tools, and strategies from the Program confidential and not disclose them to third parties.

8.2 Non-Compete: You may not create, offer, or sell a competing program based on the methodologies, frameworks, or content of this Program before, during or at any time after your enrollment.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you hereby understand, accept, and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in British Columbia before pursuing litigation.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued access to the Program constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
